Sandra Bullock just can't seem to stay out of the news these days. It was reported Friday that Sandra Bullock has been granted a restraining order against Thomas Weldon, a man the actress says has been stalking her for years, The order of protection is to remain in place for three years and covers Bullock's infant son Louis and even covers her ex-husband Jesse James's three children -- Chandler, Sunny and Jesse Jr.

Bullock's attorney filed court documents last month seeking a renewal of the protective order she first obtained seven years ago.
