I cant help but think of Gisele when she was in the Devil Wears Prada as Serena. :)

Gisele is here to stay folks. I cant wait to look through fully this issue.

The Gossip Returns

After a week long break, the well-deserved episode of the "The Aftermath" finally aired.

It was amazing. The acting was on point and the plot I see gets very mysterious. I like the fact that we all know Juliet Sharpe is the true black sheep and.....

An unlikely duo of Dan Humphrey and Blair Waldorf are the main Tag Team to take down Juliet and restore "honor" and credability to Serena.

Serena feels as if she did go down a downward spiral but it was just the inhale from the mask!

Vanessa one of the three witches, flees town by calling her mom and after Jenny, who I love recently, said cats out of the bag, "try to find a good way to lie out of this one". Basically before, Vanessa decided to make Jenny take the downfall.

Tables have turned. Jenny has a heartfelt and truth talk with Blair that makes them on neutral ground.

Now we can see why Blair would banish Jenny, Upper East Side can break you or destroy you entirely.

Gossip Girl next week is all about catching that black sheep Juliet and making the bitch suffer.

You know you love it.

A beautiful day of blinding lights

The theme the last few days have been based on U2 songs, A Beautiful Day and the City of Blinding Lights, two of my favorite songs by them. The days started off with my strawberry filled crepes.

Thanksgiving was amazing, though I am thankful I did not eat myself into food coma, as did many. No turkey this year, well not for a while. Rather we had oxtail instead and chicken :) Yes there was alternatives this year, some soy and tofu blah blah.

But anyway, the day after was madness, Black Friday Shopping. Everyone I knew went up to Woodbury Commons Outlet up at Central Valley, for some deals. Yes there is a Chanel outlet there, gorgeous. I never been to Woodbury Commons but when I do, its pictures time! I have gone to other outlets.

Anyways, I got a great deal on Giada for Target pasta, the pasta sauce, and a blender! :)



Other news, I stopped by Chinatown to get my usual grocery, clothing, and soho mix. I got the last perfume to my Harajuku Girls Collection. I have Love, Angel, Music and Baby. :) I also have the small music one.

La historia de los 34 centímetros que transformaron la sensualidad de la mujer para siempre.

Eran los años de la libertad, la rebeldía y los sueños. Eran los sesenta. Mary Quant vivía en Londres en el momento justo y estaba a la altura de su época. Empezó vendiendo ropa de otros diseñadores, y cuando se cansó de buscar sin fortuna lo que le gustaba, lanzó su propia marca. Simple, colorida, desestructurada y en franco contraste con la tendencia inglesa del momento.

Su máxima creación llegaría en el verano de 1964. Le bastaron sólo treinta y cuatro centímetros para romper todos los moldes y quedar en la historia de la moda para siempre. Sobre la pasarela, sus modelos revelaron las piernas al límite con diminutas minifaldas nunca vistas hasta el momento. Los aplausos y los discursos de rechazo (y horror) se hicieron escuchar inmediatamente. Cuando Brigitte Bardot, Twiggy y Jane fonda adoptaron las diminutas falditas en sus apariciones públicas, las desaprobaciones cedieron y la mini se transformó en un suceso indiscutido.

Quant tuvo mucho éxito en Londres, París, Tokio, Nueva York y Japón. Es una de las pocas diseñadoras británicas que fue condecorada por la reina Isabel II de Inglaterra. En 1966 recibió la Orden del Imperio Británico (un grado superior del que la soberana entregó a los Beatles), y la recibió, por supuesto en minifalda.

Desde aquellos años es un símbolo de sensualidad único, que trasciende estilos y décadas. Un arma para las mujeres y un desvelo para los hombres.

Lanvin Para H&M En Nueva York

El hotel Pierre de Nueva York se convirtió para la ocasión en una pasarela VIP de moda donde inusuales modelos como Asia Chow, Pixie Geldof, Dree Hemingway y Anna Dello Russo entre otras, mostraron la esperada y deseada colección de Alber Elbaz para la firma sueca.

Pero no sólo sobre la pasarela brillaron las it girls del momento. Muchas personalidades del mundo fashion y socialités se acercaron a ver las propuestas de Lanvin, como Elettra  Wiedemann.

Vintage Frintage

So today was only one class, so excited I got out during day time, FINALLY.
I flocked to Target to get Giada De Laurentis Pasta and sauce for tomorrow. I decided to make a cuisine and finally help out this year "GIT OFF YER LAZY BOOM"! :)


It was hilarious the whole day because you meet a lot of characters in many places. The jokester driver, the behind neighbors kindness, the assholery of a few folks, and long lines at travel heading out east.


The further lacing detail of my vintage boots, which I am in love with, third day in a row wearing them.

My Hagro vintage jacket I bought for $5. The navy blue stature with the emeralg green trim lines and pocket details, Yum. :)

My shirt I wore, I love it to death ever since I bought weeks ago. Its from Uniqlo, it says "Talk to the hand", indeed the right shirt on a gridlock day like it was today. "Dont ask me girlfriend."
