Ghost Will Be Available in Early 2012 For PC, MAC and iOS Platforms

CITY, STATE– October 13, 2011– Dark Horse Comics, in collaboration with Gamers Digital, is proud to revive the popular paranormal intellectual property Ghost, the comic book series that centers on Elisa Cameron who must solve her own murder. Ghost is a digitally downloadable first person mystery (FPM) game that will be available early 2012 for PC, Mac and iOS platforms.

Ghost fits perfectly within the comic book’s pantheon and provides fans with a satisfying experience from beginning to end. For gamers new to the intellectual property, Ghost will provide a mysteriously engaging storyline mixed with detective elements that any super sleuth would love to solve,” said Scott Zerby, president of Gamers Digital.

Ghost tells the otherworldly story of journalist Elisa Cameron who wakes in the alternative reality of Arcadia. Playing through the spectral eyes of Elisa, fans quickly discover that Elisa inhabits a realm between the living and the dead and that she is fully aware of herself and her surroundings. Even more surprising, her sister Margo can sense her. They both of them set off on an adventure to unlock the mystery of her murder.

Developed by Gamers Digital as a FPD game, Ghost features an immersive and entertaining experience for wannabe detectives. Players must carefully navigate through the city of Arcadia completing challenging quests, solving mini-games, collecting items in order to solve the mystery and possibly save the world in the process.

I dont know about you buy I have loved Ghost ever since I heard about it from a relative of mine that I grew up with. So much insight you can get from relatives. Im glad that they are doing this.

It seems the new thing is to revamp and build upon old ideas with a certain new influence. I hope it goes over well!

The next installment of the sunning Knight Errant series was announced today. Star Wars: Knight Errant – Escapewill launch in June 2012 for a 5-issue arc.

Fan favorite John Jackson Miller is writing the series, with artwork from penciller, Marco Castiello, inking by Vincenzo Acunzo, colors by Michael Atiyeh and lettering by Michael Heiser.

DARK HORSE COMICS ANNOUNCES STAR WARS™: DARTH VADER & THE GHOST PRISON

October 15, NEW YORK, NY – Darth Vader is back and kicking ass in the brand new series announced today at New York Comic Con by Dark Horse Comics.

The upcoming 5-issue series is slated to be released next May and will be written by Haden Blackman, with artwork by Agustin Alessio.

Ghost Prison takes place a year after Revenge of the Sith and will showcase Darth Vader’s impact on the galaxy in ways fans have never seen. Darth Vader will serve the Emperor to the best of his abilities, after all – Darth Vader makes no mistakes.

Ghost Prison also marks the return of Star Wars character Moff Trachta who will be vital to how the series unfolds.

Star Wars: Darth Vader and The Ghost Prison is in stores May 2012.

Dark Horse is seriously on a role with Star Wars revamps and new ideas privy to the franchise. Its just like an abridged. Harry Potter is over but you can continuously make new stories for it. Or a neverending superman or spiderman or batman where new situations occur but it never gets boring! :) Its amazing.
