Fireplace tears through home rented by Marist University students in upstate NEW YORK, killing 3 individuals
A fire tore via a private home becoming rented by Marist University students near campus earlier Saturday morning, eliminating three people, government bodies said.
The victims were recognized as two female Marist students within their early 20s and something male, who wasn't a student in the school. Their names haven't been released. Four other people in the home escaped without severe injuries.
Marist College delayed two basketball video games “out of respect for that students affected through this tragedy, ” Deborah DiCaprio, Marist’s vice leader and dean with regard to student affairs, said inside a statement Saturday.
