AniMiniCon 2010


This weekend I just learned about this but there is an AniMiniCon this Weeend starting tomorrow Friday July 30 to Sunday. Weekend passes are $30 but $12 for a single pass when you arrive at the door.
Its located down in Soho, my favorite spot,The SoHo Gallery for Digital Art 138 Sullivan St. New York, NY 10012 (212) 228 2810



Ill will be there Saturday and Sunday, unfortunately I can not go Friday at 6pm, other engagements I have.

Though it will be a fun weekend event, which I learned also happened last year. Bear with me, Im getting into the hang.

Upcoming Lolita Day at Kino


This Saturday at Kinokuniya will be the annual lolita day where celebrations of lolita all across the world and fans of the phenomena will unite!

Photoshoots, special events, possible fashion show, giveaways, meet&greets, entertainment, and other fun events!


So come out this Saturday and enjoy the festivities. Even if you dont have a lolita inspired costume, cosplay as other characters, as I have seen last year hence the dude dressed as Cloud. xD (sup!)

New York Asian Film Festival

Can't get your fix of crazy robo girls with revengance, or a korean drama thats filled with light hearted love, or a kung fu drama or a father son relationship explored with light comedy?

It starts today!!! June 19th until July 5 @ the IFC center and Japan Society in NYC.

There are tons of bizzare and awesome films awaiting your seat and 1-2 hours of your time to see it <3.

Im probably heading down next week to see a Malaysian film, which i forgot the name of.. :]

Plus get this, its drug free. Warning: Some movies are hooked on drugs like Lilo is hooked to stealing things. Oopsy, did I do that...again? woohoot!
