Lindsay Lohan offers slammed the paparazzi photographer who's suing her being an 'opportunist'.The troubled actress - who's being targeted through Grigor Baylan following she allegedly went him over within her car because she attempted to create a swift departure from the Hollywood nightclub - thinks he's 'on another planet' simply because she wasn't even driving of the vehicle during the time of the incident.
A buddy of the celebrity told RadarOnline.com: 'Lindsay wasn't even driving the car. She sees this paparazzo as an opportunist that is trying to make quick money and using her to do so. Lindsay is going to vigorously defend herself, and is hopeful that the lawsuit will be dismissed.

While the photographer's attorney Neil Steiner offers admitted Lindsay wasn't driving the car during the time of the alleged event, he told news website TMZ that she had been named in case because her assistant was in the wheel and working under her coaching.
